If you have any issues with delivery of Scylla products please send us an e-mail at sales@scylla.com.au. If a package arrived broken please also include photos of the damaged parcel.

If the package was marked as delivered please check carefully around balconies and places a delivery deliver may hide a package to ensure it is safely collected before e-mailing.
