Like the eponymous rogue maiden on our bottles, Scylla Distilling Co. was born by the water.
We're inspired by the breathtaking backdrop of Sydney coastlines and our passion for exploring our backyard, creating memories with mates, and immersing ourselves in local flavours.
Founded in 2020, we wanted to create liqueurs and spirits that boasted modern design and better quality, local ingredients. Craft Australian spirits were becoming more price prohibitive and we wanted to offer super high quality whilst not pricing people out of drinking better drinks and cocktails.
Keen to make a splash in a saturated market, it’s only top quality produce that makes its way into a Scylla product. Our raspberry liqueur uses raspberries grown in NSW and Tassie, bourbon bean vanilla and sugar grown in far North Queensland. Working directly with Aussie farmers, we are proud to offer Australian-made products that are better alternatives to premium imported products.
